Felisha Smith at Clarion Hotel and Suites of Hamden is a stellar individual. Felisha has helped clients with difficulties and language barriers find employment. Her compassion for the people she helps is truly touching. Felisha is accepting of individuals from all walks of life and truly wants them to succeed. She is always understanding and willing to work with employees to overcome any obstacles that arise.

 

Felisha works closely with the Family First Initiative program to match clients with sustainable jobs. To date, Felisha has hired four of our FFI clients. Whenever any new job openings become available Felisha is quick to let us know, even if they are not within her location! She strives to fix any problems that arise through her tenacious drive to see every participant succeed.

 

Her beautiful and welcoming personality inspires our program members to achieve their goals. She welcomes every client with open arms and is meticulous in her work to guarantee their success.
