Brandon personifies the Easter Seals Goodwill Industries mission. Brandon started as a program participant in our Community Reentry Services seeking a second chance. Brandon successfully completed the program and landed a job as sales associate in May 2011 at our Retail Outlet. Brandon has an engaging personality, ability to remain calm while multi-tasking, and strong work ethic that spelled success and he was next transferred into the position of Retail Material Handler, keeping the Outlet tables full of fresh merchandise for our shoppers.

In February 2012, Brandon was promoted to the position of Material Handler/Baler in the warehouse. Brandon became a certified tow motor operator and learned to operate each of the machines used to bale, tip and compactor merchandise. Brandon demonstrates a quick capacity for learning and leadership skills that got him his current job as Warehouse Manager, in May 2015. Brandon is a testament to success based on hard work and perseverance and we have benefitted from having Brandon at ESGI.
