Deb began her long history with Easter Seals Goodwill Industries in the prior century—1993 to be exact. Deb became a critical part of the monumental task to convert our sheltered workshop to 100% community based employment when she was hired as a Job Coach. You couldn’t ask for a better person to help tackle this project. Deb is tremendously committed to the people that we serve, a strong advocate for people with disabilities and has a way about her that evokes calm as well as confidence.

In April 2000, Deb was promoted to her current position as Behaviorist. There is no challenge too great for Deb and there is no task beneath her—Deb is always ready to assist with a smile whether it’s to provide personal care assistance to a program participant or to help out a co-worker. Deb is most deserving of this honor and is congratulated for her 23 years of dedication.
